Viewing open transactions

Depending on the system setup, you can view open transactions such as debit memos, credit memos, unapplied cash, collect on delivery, and payments. The list of transactions includes information about each transaction such as the document number, transaction date, aged date, transaction amount, days open, dispute code, and transaction type.

To view open transactions:

  1. In the My Account section, click Open Transactions. All open transactions are displayed.
  2. To limit the list of open transactions, specify the end date of the transactions, and click Submit. The transactions that meet your selection criteria are displayed.
